Any portion of the San Diego Pain Summit that is canceled due to Covid-19 will be refunded in full. 

 

Conference and Workshop Refund Policies*

If you are going to be traveling from within the U.S., you may need a passport/special state ID to fly from and return to your state. TSA Official website with announcement.

Check if your state is in compliance, has had an extension, or you need a passport.

Refunds will not be given for missing the Summit if your state requires a passport/special state ID and you weren't able to get one in time. Credit can be applied to future Summit workshops/presentations/videos.

Last minute cancellations due to weather and/or registrant health issues will receive credit for future Summit events/Live Streaming, no cash refunds. (Credit policy went into effect beginning Jan 2017).  

 

Refund Policies for SD Virtual Pain Summit 

Oct. 2020 Full refund (minus processing fee) if need to cancel by October 1, 2020. After Oct. 1st, refunds will consist of credit only that can be applied to future events or the Pain Summit Online. 

Feb. 2021 Full refund (minus processing fee) if need to cancel by Feb. 1, 2021. After Feb. 1, 2021, refunds will consist of credit only that can be applied to future events or the Pain Summit Online. 

 

Refund Policy for Conversations Inviting Change Workshop

Jan. 2021 Full refund (minus processing fee) if need to cancel by December 15, 2020. After December 15th, refunds will consist of credit only that can be applied to any future Summit events. 

 

Refund Policy for Pain Summit Online:

You can get a refund of 1/2 the purchase price within 24 hrs of making the purchase. After 24 hrs there is no refund. ALL refunds will have a processing fee subtracted & may take up to 30 days to be credited back to the card used to make the purchase.
