If you are going to be traveling to San Diego for the 2020 Summit from within the U.S., you may need a passport/special state ID to fly from and return to your state. TSA Official website with announcement.
Check if your state is in compliance, has had an extension, or you need a passport.
Refunds will not be given for missing the Summit if your state requires a passport/special state ID and you weren't able to get one in time. Credit can be applied to future Summit workshops/presentations/videos.
Register for any portion of the San Diego Pain Summit by March 31st and get a full refund if need to cancel by November 12, 2019
Regular cancellation policy:
50% refund if cancel on or after August 31st
No refund if cancelled on or after September 30th (credit only)
(Credit policy effective beginning Jan 2017).
Last minute cancellations due to weather and/or health issues will receive credit for future Summit events/Live Streaming, no cash refunds.
Once purchase is made, you are only eligible for a $180 refund (or 1/2 of amount paid) for up to seven days after initial purchase.
After seven days have passed, there are no refunds.
*ALL refunds will have a processing fee (amount depends on the cost of the item) subtracted & may take up to 30 days to be credited back to the card used to make the purchase.
